I’m Brook Blackshaw, a special education teacher dedicated to helping students with dyslexia, ADHD, and language-based learning differences find their confidence and unlock their full potential. With over seven years of experience in both the classroom and specialized tutoring, I truly understand every dyslexic child's journey is unique.
My approach is rooted in multisensory, systematic instruction that is both cognitively and emotionally sound. Currently studying Neuroscience and Education at Columbia Teacher’s College, I bridge the gap between scientific research and classroom practice to provide support that is sequential, evidence-based, and deeply empathetic.

Availability and Pricing
Currently accepting new students for weekday morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Both in-person (Upper West Side) and virtual sessions are available to accommodate different learning needs and schedules.
